Exercise Classes



Yoga  Mondays at 7:30pm 

This yoga class is designed to allow you to choose your own yoga adventure. Whether you wish to focus on flexibility and relaxation, or increasing strength and balance this is the class for you. I teach in a three mountain format, mountain one is our warm-up, followed by sun salutations in valley one. Mountain two is focused on building flexibility or strength (depending on what you are called to focus on that day), followed by valley two which is our balance section. We then all come together again in mountain three where we all focus on flexibility before finishing in final relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike.


Zumba® Fitness Thursdays at 7:30pm 
he dance inspired fitness class that has taken the world by storm – if you still haven’t tried it you need to get your booty to a Zumba class stat!



Drop-in: $7/class
5-class punch card $30
10-week sessions $50 (or $45 if registered for 2 or more classes)

Boot Camp Fitness  Wednesdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm 

Classes are a combination of cardio and strength (body weight training). The only equipment required is a yoga mat. (You'll also need proper workout attire and a water bottle - and a sweat towel.)


This is a no-judgement class with a great group of participants so be prepared to sweat AND have fun.



There are 4 classes left of this session ($28 for 4 classes).

The next 10 week session will be starting early February. 10 weeks for $100 - OR if participants register and pay by January 17 there is a discount (10 classes for $90).

Drop in fee is also available.

This is a no-judgement class with a great group of participants so be prepared to sweat AND have fun.


Personal Training

CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer. Available for private to group sessions at the Woodville Fitness Room or in-home.

(Prices will vary depending on travel costs, participants, etc.)
