SUZI FEVENS FITNESS

 

Yoga  Mondays at 7:30pm 

Yoga class is suitable for all experience levels. As this is a late evening class the focus is primarily a gentle flow with a lot of attention paid to bringing participants into their parasympathetic nervous system to allow for a restful sleep. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat; spares are available if needed.

 

Zumba® Fitness Thursdays at 7:30pm 
The dance inspired fitness class that has taken the world by storm – if you still haven’t tried it you need to get your booty to a Zumba class stat!

 

COST

Drop-in: $8/class
5-class punch card $33
10-week sessions $50 (or $45 if registered for 2 or more classes)

PIYO with Amanda

 

Wednesdays at 7:00pm and Fridays at 9:00am
PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!

 

The drop in fee is $2. Bring your yoga mat and some water
